This information will be kept annonymous and confidential. It will not be traceable to you. It will be used only by the NSA's Make More of Mutton project, and Eblex, HCC or LMCNI.
The questions listed here refer only to the quality mutton market, not the standard cull ewe or Halal market.
Having finished it, we would like to keep in touch with you, by asking you to update the short financial and opinion sections quarterly, which will help us judge the state of the quality mutton market.
