Welcome to the online nomination form for the National Personal Safety Awards 2010.
The Awards celebrate the work being done across the UK to keep people safe from violence and aggression. They also provide an opportunity for Suzy Lamplugh Trust, the UK’s national charity for Personal Safety, to recognise best practice in the field across all sectors.
The following will be awarded at the Suzy Lamplugh Trust Gala Event on 20 November 2010:
Safer School - awarded to the school which has done the most to improve personal safety awareness among pupils and staff
Safer Workplace, sponsored by Connexion 2 - awarded to the employer which has done the most to improve personal safety awareness among staff
Safer Community - awarded to the local authority which has done the most to improve the personal safety of its residents
Personal Safety Champion, sponsored by Royal Mail - awarded to the individual who has done the most to promote personal safety in his/her organisation, school or community
