NPC Normalcy Survey |
PURPOSE AND DIRECTIONS
Hello young people and not so young people who have experienced foster care,
The National Foster Youth and Alumni Policy Council (www.nationalpolicycouncil.org) is conducting a survey to help improve the rules and resources available to young people in foster care. By filling out this survey about your experience as a youth in foster care (or out-of-home-placement) you will help inform recommendations we make to the U.S. government agency in charge of foster care.
The purpose of the survey is to measure the opportunities for “normalcy” that foster youth have. “Normalcy” is the opportunity for foster youth to experience age-appropriate activities, responsibilities and life skills, which allow for normal growth and development.
The answers you provide on our survey are confidential. It will take 10 to 15 minutes to complete this survey.
THANK YOU for taking the time to help improve the foster care system!
