LimeCulture Community Interest Company (CIC) is an independent organisation that has been asked by Nottinghamshire Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (NOPCC) to conduct research into victims and survivors’ views about support services  in Nottinghamshire.

This research will inform those responsible for funding and developing services to make sure that services can properly support victims and survivors of sexual violence to move towards a positive recovery.

This survey has been passed to you by a service that has provided you with support, or through a victims and survivors’ group.  Your details have not been passed to LimeCulture CIC.

As a victim/survivor of sexual violence we would like to know your views about:
- The services you have accessed and how well they identified and supported your needs.  This may include the police, therapy, as well as other support services;
- What more can be done to improve access to services for victims/survivors of sexual violence.

Confidentiality

All responses to this survey will be treated in the strictest confidence and fully anonymised before they are shared with the funders of this research.

Security

All members of the LimeCulture CIC research team have enhanced disclosure barring systems (DBS) checks and experience of working with victims/survivors of sexual violence.

Storage

Responses will be stored in our secure data sever in an area accessible only to the LimeCulture research team. All identifiable information will be deleted from our servers when the research is complete at the end of July 2017.

LimeCulture understands that sharing information relating to this experience may cause distress. NOPCC has ensured that the following services, which receive NOPCC funding, are aware of this consultation and can provide people with support should they require it.
