The Redding Pride Awards recognizes and celebrates the contributions of individuals, organizations, and businesses to the LGBTQIA+ community in rural Far Northern California.

Nominees and award recipients will be announced on September 11, 2020, during our 2020 Virtual Pride Week.

Nominations must be received before August 28, 2020, at 11:59 p.m.

* 1. Which category is the nomination?

Emerging Young Leader: Recognizes an individual between the age of 13-26 who, through leadership, has demonstrated a commitment or significant contribution to the LGBTQIA+ community in rural far Northern California.

Business or Organization: Recognizes a business that has made a significant contribution to the LGBTQIA+ community in rural far Northern California.

Community Development: Recognizes an individual who has made a significant contribution to the LGBTQIA+ community in rural far Northern California through voluntary service, leadership, or activism over the years.

Queer BIPOC (Black, Indigenous or Person of Color): Recognizes a BIPOC individual or organization that has made a significant contribution to the LGBTQIA+ community through leadership, activism and/or education.

Legacy: Recognizes an individual whose long-term service and leadership has made significant and tangible contributions to the LGBTQIA+ community in rural far Northern California.
