Participants will come to understand the importance of mindfulness practices and spiritual awareness to help free themselves from stress and apply better self-care in their daily lives.

Participants will engage in practical exercises of mindfulness and ways of connecting to their spiritual belief that will enhance their overall wellbeing. These exercises will be structured to take back to their work place or home to enhance their over-all sense of wellbeing.
