Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) sign-on letter

Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) will pose numerous issues, particularly for consumer directed attendant programs. We have been advised that a letter from the House Energy and Commerce committee to CMS could get CMS to exclude consumer directed programs from EVV.
