Mentor Information

NNOHA offers one-on-one mentoring services to new Dental Directors, dentists and hygienists who find a colleague’s expertise helpful. We rely on volunteers who want to help those new to Health Center dentistry by answering questions and providing support. If you are interested in serving as a mentor, please complete the form below.

Before being assigned a mentee, NNOHA will offer you a short mentorship training. The first mentorship training webinar is planned for early September 2012. After this training, NNOHA staff will contact you when we have a peer who could benefit from your areas of expertise. There is no minimum time requirement to spend with your mentor. Time spent should be mutually agreeable to both mentor and mentee.

You do not have to be a clinical dental provider to be a mentor. We welcome those in other leadership roles, such as CEO and CFO, to provide their expertise!
