If the title does not appear in electronic format on BARD in braille, please contact your network library with your request to borrow a hard copy. After you fill out this request form below, NLS may contact you to review details before the order is completed. If you would like to speak with someone or place your request over the phone, please contact your local network library. If you are unable to reach your network library you may contact NLS at 1-800-424-8567 or nlsref@loc.gov.
