General Information

The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback and assess the priorities that are most important to stakeholders regarding New Jersey’s approach to charter schools since the implementation of the Charter School Program Act of 1995.

In addition to this survey, the New Jersey Department of Education will be hosting outreach sessions across the state and through online webinars. All feedback will be collected, recorded and summarized in a final report. Stakeholders that are unable to attend an outreach session are invited to visit the NJDOE Charter Outreach webpage for more information on the various ways to engage and provide feedback throughout this process.

We encourage all participants to read the Charter School Fact Sheet to learn more about the Charter School Program Act and charter school operation in New Jersey. Please contact if you have any questions regarding the outreach.
