This application is for the EthicalCoach Ethiopian NGO Leadership Summit scheduled to take place on October 4 and 5, 2018. Hosted locally by the Ethiopian Charities and Societies Forum and in partnership with the Consortium of Christian Relief and Development Association, EthicalCoach is bringing ten world-class coaches to Addis Ababa to provide leadership development to 400 local NGO leaders.
The Summit will comprise a number of workshops designed to demonstrate the power of coaching while addressing issues of relevance to the NGO sector. In addition, selected leadership development materials will be made available, both before and after the Summit, to support ongoing growth and learning.
Summit participants will have the opportunity to apply for 12 months of pro bono coaching for themselves and their teams. These coaching grants, made available by the world-class coaches, will be awarded to some 10-20 NGOs.
Through the coaching and development of NGO leaders, EthicalCoach is committed to enabling services and supports to be provided to additional children and families in Ethiopia.
