ADAVB's Public Dentists Survey: preparation for our next round of EBA negotiations

This survey will take less than five minutes. Thank you for taking the time to provide this important feedback. The information collected is anonymous (unless you choose to provide your details) and will be referred to when planning for the next round of EBA negotiations.
1.Where are you currently employed in the public sector? Select all that apply.(Required.)
2.What classification level are you recognised under at your primary public sector workplace?
3.What would you most like to see in the new EBAs that aren’t currently included? This can be changes to existing entitlements or new entitlements. Some examples are listed below, please indicate the three most important to you.
4.Did you experience issues with any of the following when the current EBAs were first implemented at your current or former workplace?
5.Do you feel that you are performing duties that are appropriate for your classification level?
6.Has your employer been conducting annual performance reviews and progressing your classification if the criteria for progression have been met? Note that this is a requirement under the current EBAs.
7.Approximately how much do you spend on all professional support activities in a typical year (not just in the last 12 months)?  (E.g. this includes memberships to professional associations, subscriptions to scientific journals, and courses or training for professional development.)
