Workforce Planning Hamilton is looking for your guidance as an employer or human resources professional to help develop an Employer Toolkit for small and medium sized (SME) businesses in Hamilton.
WPH and our project partner Mohawk College Enterprise are interested in your experiences working at a small to medium sized business (having 50 or under employees).
 
The goal of the project is to provide an easy to use guide for employers with information on best practices for recruitment, retention and onboarding, etc. with the goal of helping to prevent staff turnover.
