Follow Up Survey for Public Input on Rail Car Procurement

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is in the beginning stages of the process to purchase a new fleet of rail cars. The initial public survey was launched September 12, 2019 and closed October 14, 2019. We received a significant number of responses that provided us with great insight into what customers would like to see in the state’s next generation of rail cars. However, the project team has realized that the procurement process would benefit from additional customer insight via a short follow-up survey. The survey should take approximately 5-8 minutes to complete. Your participation in the survey below will provide further input on customer preferences and support CTDOT as we work to make sure the new rail cars meet our customers’ needs.
