Each member congregation shall have 4 lay voting representatives from among its participating members. One additional voting representative is further authorized for each 100 members over the first 100 to a maximum of 10 voting representatives. Only In person delegates are able to vote.




Ordained and licensed Disciples ministers who have standing in the Northeastern Region and all who are members of the Regional Board at the time of the Regional Assembly have the privilege of vote.




All other members of the Northeastern Region are invited to participate fully in the sessions and discussions of the Regional Assembly without vote.

King bed rooms are $144.00 per night. Double Queen bed rooms are $154.00 per night; this includes free breakfast and free parking. To receive this rate, reservations must be made by September 15, 2024 identifying your group as “Christian Church Disciples of Christ group”. You may reserve a room for just Oct. 24 or Oct. 24 AND 25 at this group rate. You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. Please make your reservations early. We have blocked only 5 rooms for Thursday and 10 rooms for Friday at these rates. All rooms are smoke free.

If you are staying at the Holiday Inn Express, you will receive a regional tax-exempt document that you must show when you check in to avoid being charged taxes on your room.

The music for this Regional Assembly will include one united choir from across the region. All who desire to sing are invited to the “one united rehearsal” on Friday night, October 25 at 7 p.m. The choir will sing on Saturday, October 26. Music will be sent to the congregation you name on your registration form by September 1. Please plan on joining this one united voice choir.

The Regional Board is inviting all congregations to have a poster or a display (no larger than 4’X 4’) that responds to the question: How does your congregation “take the church out of your building”? In other words, what are your outreach efforts?

There will also be displays from the General Ministries of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).
