Welcome to our survey


This survey is for families whose baby/babies have received care on Buscot, the neonatal intensive care unit at the Royal Berkshire Hospital.

The survey will take around 8 minutes to complete, or a little longer depending on the amount of detail you'd like to share. Your answers are anonymous and will be used to help us improve services and facilities on the ward.

The survey is being run by Royal Berkshire Maternity & Neonatal Voices, an independent NHS body run by parents and other service user representatives, who work with teams at the Royal Berkshire Hospital (RBH) to improve local maternity and neonatal care and services.
