Lancefield and Romsey Neighbourhood Houses have been funded to research transport needs in the community.

We invite you to share your thoughts and experiences to enable us to determine the transport needs of our community.

The survey is designed in two sections, medical and social. 

Please answer questions taking into account all members of your household.
