Negative COVID Test Result

Test needs to be performed within 72 Hours of entering the club.

For those members and guest who opt not to disclose vaccine status, a negative covid test can be used to enter the club.

Acceptable SARS-CoV-2 tests include a viral test that could be either an antigen test or a nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT).

Results from self-tests (home-tests) can be submitted if the test is a SARS-CoV-2 antigen or NAAT viral test with Emergency Use Authorization from the FDA. The home testing procedure must include a telehealth service affiliated with the manufacturer of the test that provides real-time supervision remotely through an audio and video connection.

Participants testing positive for COVID should follow CDC and local public health recommendations for isolation. (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus)
