North Carolina Government & Heritage Library History Education and Community Interest Survey
Welcome to the North Carolina Government & Heritage Library history education and community interest survey!
The Government & Heritage Library at the State Library of North Carolina is interested in collecting information about the interest in and resource needs for North Carolina history education for teachers, parents, students, interested communities and individuals across North Carolina. This project is supported by grant funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the federal Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) as administered by the State Library of North Carolina, a division of the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (IMLS grant numberLS-00-19-0034-19).
We are gathering information about your thoughts, interests, and experiences related to learning about history to help us better serve the North Carolina history education needs of the state. This survey should take between 5 and 10 minutes to complete. Please be assured that all of your responses will be kept confidential.
If you have questions about this survey or the Government & Heritage Library, please email Rebecca Hyman and Kelly Agan at: digital.info@ncdcr.gov.
