The Community Coalition Alliance (CCA) in collaboration with LSF Health Systems and the North Florida HIDTA are reaching out to gather input from Nassau County stakeholders around current prevention needs. This information will be used to at the October 10th meeting hosted by the Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida. to identify opportunities for support around community efforts such as the Nassau County Polysubstance Task Force.
