The Naseem Somani Memorial Leadership Excellence Award honors an extraordinary leader whose vision, integrity, and compassion makes a lasting impact on her industry, community, and colleagues.

This prestigious award will be presented at the inspiHER Gala on March 6, 2025, celebrating Naseem Somani’s legacy and recognizing a leader who shares her values and passion for positive change.
Nomination Requirements:

• Deadline to submit a nomination is 5pm on Friday, January 9, 2026
• Please provide as much information as possible aligning with the criteria outlined in the matrix below
• Nominee should be from a Brampton-based company, and/or support community efforts that directly impact Brampton
• The nomination form will be reviewed, and if approved sent along to the Award Selection Committee
