Background
A Napa Community Strategic Plan is being developed to assess and improve how homelessness is addressed in the community. As part of this process, we are gathering feedback from community members and stakeholders to help identify gaps in the system and opportunities for improvement. Your feedback is important and will be used to help guide future efforts to address homelessness.
