Before completing the electronic submission form, be sure to have reviewed the rules and regulations here

Please do not begin completing this electronic submission form until you have the following ready:
  1. PDF of Essay Response (approximately 500 words on the topic, “Who has had the most influence on your life, and why.”)
  2. PDF of Resume (The resume should not exceed two pages in length and, at a minimum, should contain the following information: entrant’s name, address, phone number, educational information (including high school attended), subjects emphasized throughout entrant’s education, overall grade point average from the most recent two semesters or last three quarters, ACT/SAT scores (if available), honors and awards, extracurricular activities, and future educational plans.)
You will be required to upload these documents in the submission process.
