NAIOP Minnesota is seeking proposals for its April 2016 University Challenge competition. Submit your site to be considered as the subject for a case study by some of the Upper Midwest's best real estate and urban planning students.
The University Challenge project site receives:
- Inventive development concepts and insightful property, market and financial analysis by the teams
- Exposure for both the company and the project in event information, marketing and at the April event
- Contributing to the development of students that are entering the industry
Previous University Challenge sites have included:
- Bassett Creek site (North Loop)
- Days Inn (U of M campus, Minneapolis)
- 10th and Marquette (downtown Minneapolis)
- Arby's at University & Huron (U of M campus, Minneapolis)
- Oakdale Mall
- Bennett Lumber (Uptown Minneapolis)
- Downtown East LRT redevelopment site (Minneapolis)
- 801 Carlson Parkway (Minnetonka)
- 4041 Hiawatha Ave (Minneapolis)
- Arboretum Business Park (Chanhassen)
- Arbor Lakes II Office Center (Maple Grove)
Anticipated universities participating in the 2016 competition include St. Thomas, Marquette, the U of M, St. Cloud, Northern Iowa and UW-Madison.
