Women’s Centre for Health Matters is conducting this community consultation survey to obtain the views of ACT women from multicultural backgrounds who are aged 16 and above and who live in the ACT and surrounding region to find out:
  1. How ACT women from multicultural backgrounds understand and manage their health needs;
  2. Which health services, supports and information they use and whether they experience barriers to that access;
  3. What difficulties they may experience in maintaining good health and wellbeing.
This survey can also be completed on behalf of someone who is unable to complete it themselves.

This survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete; however, actual completion time will vary according to individual pace. Please allow sufficient time.

The survey will close on Friday 2 April 2021 at 5pm.

The survey may form part of a larger consultation project and/or may be used to inform future projects and/or advocacy efforts. Your input will help guide and shape our future work.
