Besides my daily, follow along 30-minute workouts, would you like to see "gym workouts"?  Think the type of program where you follow the exercises listed, watching 5 second clips of moves, and have the ability to record progress along the way.  Example: barbell squat, being able to record your weight & reps and have the ability to go back and see progress made.  Example: if I create a "Gym Body" program, something you can take with you in a gym and complete the exercises listed and track your progress.  These may or may not require actually going to a gym.

(there's a reason I'm asking this: I have a deep desire to help people 1:1 but I can't possibly do it for free or else I would be on my phone or computer literally all hours of the day and I'm afraid I wouldn't be doing the best job at that point - my goal here would be to really work 1:1, give my undivided attention to those really seeking additional help)
