US Winter Signups

Please indicate below which winter team and or electives you would like to sign up for starting Nov. 13. Gator Tennis is offered as a pay-per-session activity in Feb. See signup at end of form.
8th Graders: You may join 7/8 teams, which begin Nov. 13, or you can choose to tryout for a jv or varsity team beginning Nov. 6. Keep in mind you need to take the APP BEFORE tryouts begin on Nov. 6 if you intend to tryout for jv or varsity unless you have already passed the APP for the fall and have NOT had a birthday since then. Please select EACH date that you would like to sign your daughter up for Gator Tennis. There is a $75 per session fee to cover chaperone, transportation and court costs. Please note, if we are able to accommodate your request, your daughter will be expected to attend.
