Volunteer Opportunity – Midsommarfest 2025 (June 13-15)
Andersonville Midsommarfest 2025 is hosted by the Andersonville Chamber of Commerce (ACC) a 501c6 non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and promoting the economic vitality of Andersonville’s business district. Through advocacy, marketing, events, and business development programs, the Chamber works to create a thriving commercial corridor that benefits both businesses and the broader community. we need volunteers to help make this incredible festival a success!
Who Can Volunteer?
We welcome both individuals and non-profit organizations to staff our festival entrance gates.

We welcome both individuals and non-profit organizations to staff our festival entrance gates.
Why Volunteer?
- Support the Andersonville Chamber of Commerce (501c6 non-profit) or raise funds for a non-profit organization of your choice.
- Earn a portion of the gate proceeds for your organization based on the number of volunteers and hours worked.
- Enjoy donation free festival access (AM shift volunteers stay after; PM shift volunteers return the next day).
- Receive a free staff t-shirt, snacks, water, and a $1 beverage ticket for each shift.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Collect festival gate donations (cash & credit card).
- Distribute stickers to attendees.
- Sell raffle tickets and count attendees.
- Provide basic event information to guests.
- Help with crowd flow at festival entrances.

A percentage of the gate proceeds will be distributed based on total volunteers and logged hours worked.
Each organization must designate a lead volunteer to ensure all participants check in and arrive on time for their shifts.
