Morris Plains School District Community Survey Overview

Question Title

Welcome to the Morris Plains School District Strategic Planning Survey!

The Morris Plains School District (MPSD) is in the process of renewing its current Strategic Plan. As a result of the current MPSD Strategic Plan, the District enhanced their security, passed a referendum, earned Future Ready certification status for both schools, demonstrated high performance on standardized assessments, increased their technology resources and enhanced their technology infrastructure, established a district brand, launched various communication tools, worked with educational consultants to enhance instruction, and reduced energy costs. The plan we're creating now will guide us from 2018 through 2023.

The Strategic Planning initiative is specifically designed to ensure that the District continues to align its overall educational program, services, operations and facilities with the core values and unique needs of our community. Given such, it is essential that all stakeholders have a voice and vested interest in this initiative. This survey represents one of the important opportunities for all stakeholders to share their thoughts regarding the core values, mission and vision of our school system.

To this end, we respectfully request that you please take a moment to complete the Morris Plains School District Strategic Planning Survey. Individual names of participants are not required. Given such, the anonymity of all participants will be protected. This survey consists of 30 questions and will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

The results of this survey will be made available to the MPSD community through multiple means, including the District website. For more information on the MPSD Strategic Planning initiative, click HERE.

Your contribution to the Strategic Planning Process through the completion of this survey will be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
The Morris Plains School District Strategic Planning Steering Committee
