Welcome to Ontario Presents 2016 members’ survey on revenues and expenditures of Municipal Performing Arts Centres (MPACs).
The purpose of the survey is to gather financial data on MPACs’ revenues and expenditures in order to show where federal, provincial and municipal investments are directed.
This survey replaces the former Municipal Investment Survey administered in 2007/10/12 & 14.

The survey should only take about 20 minutes to complete - just make sure you have your venue's financial records on hand. Please refer to your most recent completed fiscal year.
