With the rapidly evolving circumstances, we are seeking real-time data from as many landlords with properties in the District of Columbia to provide the Council of the District of Columbia with the best way to craft a consideration of residential and commercial mortgage relief packages.

The Council is considering mortgage assistance legislation if relief is passed on to residential tenants or DSLBD SBE-eligible and nonprofits for commercial tenants. s.

This survey is for both commercial and residential and is divided in three parts: general questions, commercial property questions, then residential.

In addition to regular communication and upcoming webinars, we believe we will be issuing more surveys, so be assured we will collect more data to share and to inform government decisions as the weeks progress.

Information will be only shared to DC Council in aggregate. Your personal information will not be shared. You can take this survey anonymously, but please consider sharing your contact information so we can follow up with questions if needed.
