Working with stakeholders across the county, the Montgomery County Planning Commission is working to shape what will become Montco 2050, a new comprehensive plan for the county. This document will guide the county's policies on housing, open space & historic resources, infrastructure & utilities, transportation, economic development, land use, health, and sustainability - with an eye toward the future. We anticipate this plan will be finalized and adopted in 2025.
