The Children’s Opportunity Alliance (COA) and Maryland Family Network (MFN) are partnering on this survey to better understand how child care challenges affect businesses and employees in Montgomery County, Maryland, and to learn which family-friendly workplace policies employers are already using to address them. Your input will help share practical solutions for both families and employers across the county.
