We will follow up with you via email to book your interview using the information you provide in this form. The location will be provided in email confirmation for your interview booking. We are booking for July 30th and 31st on this page, only.

The next dates we are offering for interviews will be August 20th and 21st. We will provide a new interview booking form in the coming weeks for the August dates.

Interviews are set for one hour, but we acknowledge that individuals may need more or less time. A Cultural Practitioner will be on-site during the interviews as there may be risks involved with being interviews such as triggers.

An honorarium will be provided at the end of the interview. Transportation to and from the interview location is not provided. We can provide taxi chits to assist with transportation costs. Please fill out the last question of this form if you require this support.
