Impact of COVID-19 on Telecom Industry and Digital Transformation

The purpose of this survey, in what is for a lot of businesses a very difficult time, is to help us understand how we can prepare for the next crisis in whatever form it takes and the need for the acceleration of our transformation to an online society on every level as well.

For those of us in the telecoms world that demand for digital services has never been greater and as tragic as the current situation is we should now take this as an opportunity to upgrade or processes and systems in order to deliver a true digital consumer experience.

The normal way of starting a survey like this is to ask “Has your business been affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19)?” but in these exceptional circumstances, the answer is that everyone has been affected in some way or another, so our questions are directed more at the factors affecting the telecoms world.
