It is the year 2032. What would you hope to see in the Minnesota Annual Conference?

The Transitional Table identified five key areas that they would like us to invest in over the next 5-10 years. How much do you agree with each area? We'd have engaged in the work of confession, repentance, and repair toward becoming the beloved community, with particular attention to racial and LGBTQI justice (more diversity within the Minnesota Conference, new models for cross-cultural appointments that better support clergy of color, culturally relevant church planting, process of accountability for racialized harm, strategy for welcoming climate refugees, etc.).
