2026 Military Kids Vermont Apple Picking at Chapin Orchard

We are inviting all military families and veterans to join us at Chapin Orchard in Essex Junction, VT on
Saturday, September 19th 10:00AM-1:00PM
Details:
  • Vouchers: The first 50 registered families will each receive a voucher to pick your own apples!
  • Snacks: MKVT will be offering light refreshments throughout the event!
  • Registration: Registration will close on September 11th at 12:00PM or once capacity is reached.
Please note that this event is only open to service members and their dependents.
A dependent is a person who has a relationship to the military sponsor and is entitled to certain benefits by virtue of that relationship. Certain family members, primarily a spouse, child, stepchild, or legally adopted child, are automatically entitled to dependency status.

I, do hereby grant permission to Vermont National Guard Family Programs Office to use the image of myself (or my family member). Such use includes the display, distribution, publication, transmission, or otherwise use of photographs, images, video, and/or audio taken of my child for use in materials that include, but may not be limited to, printed materials such as brochures, newsletters, videos, and digital images such as those on.
