Instructions for Receiving Continuing Education Credit
Pre-Paid and Current CE applicants
Complete the Application Form and Evaluation Forms. CE forms should be received within 30-days of the training in order to be processed. Upon receipt of your completed CE documents, NOFSW will process your application and email CE verification to you at the email address you list on the CE Application form. Normal turn-around time is 2-weeks from the date your completed materials are received.
If you have not paid the CE processing fee, $40.00, please pay online or mail a check payable to NOFSW to the address below.
Attendance Verification: By signing the CE Application Form, you are certifying that you attended the training in its entirety.

CE Approval: The National Organization of Forensic Social Work, provider # 1823, is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved as ACE providers. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. National Organization of Forensic Social Work maintains responsibility for this course. ACE provider approval period: 07/18/2022–07/18/2023. Social workers completing this course receive 7.0 continuing education credits.
