Both conferences will take place concurrently in neighboring meeting rooms, with shared space for exhibitors, breaks, and meals. Event audience will consist of the following roles in independent schools:
- Facilities Directors & Staff
- Auxiliary Programs Directors
- Business & Operations Officers
- Other Administration and School Leaders

Please note: Completing this form indicates the firm commitment of your organization's sponsorship. Sponsorship will be invoiced upon receipt of this agreement and invoices are due within 30 days. See below for additional terms.

* 11. TERMS OF AGREEMENT
By clicking "agree" below, you are agreeing that you have read and agree with each bullet point listed below.

- Signing this agreement indicates firm commitment (non-cancelable) of the above sponsorship(s) in accordance with the corresponding fees. Cost of sponsorship is firm unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
- MISBO and Sponsor agree that the activities contemplated by this Agreement have a specific and limited scope and that nothing in this Agreement construes/implies MISBO's approval, endorsement, or referral of any Sponsor product or service.
- Sponsor agrees to comply with all conference-related deadlines provided by MISBO, including but not limited to deadlines for logos, ads, and registration.
- According to the sponsorship selected, MISBO will provide appropriate acknowledgement and recognition of the Sponsor.
- MISBO does not guarantee attendance numbers at the sponsored event(s).
- Sponsor acknowledges and agrees that MISBO can deny Sponsor's application at any time for any reason at its sole discretion.
- Sponsor acknowledges and agrees that MISBO can terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason at its sole discretion.
- By executing this Agreement, Sponsor hereby grants to MISBO the limited right to use the Sponsor's name and logo(s).
- The only permissible uses of any MISBO or Sponsor proprietary property, such as names, trademarks, service marks, logos, or copyrights are as stated in this Agreement and any further use requires the prior written approval of the owner of such property.
- Sponsor agrees to not schedule any sponsor-hosted event during the stated program times as provided by MISBO.
- Sponsor hereby indemnifies and holds MISBO harmless from and against any and all claims, expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees), and liability whatsoever arising, directly or indirectly, out of Sponsor's actions or inaction at, or participation in, the program (including but not limited to any injury or damage which Sponsor may suffer as a result of Sponsor's participation in the program).
- If for any reason MISBO needs to cancel this event, the following policy will apply: No refunds will be issued, however Sponsor will receive a 100% credit of fees paid to apply to a future MISBO event (within 12 months) toward any level of sponsorship.
