Methamphetamine Community Readiness Assessment

In an effort to collect information about Methamphetamine use and perceptions in North Iowa, we ask that you take some time to fill out this survey.  The survey results will be used to complete a strategic plan for preventing, intervening, and treating methamphetamine use in North Iowa. Please answer the questions to the extent of your knowledge.  'I do not know' is a helpful answer for the areas that you are unsure of.  Thank you for your time.
