INSTRUCTIONS – Incomplete Applications WILL NOT Be Considered!
  • Paper application materials will not be accepted.
  • All uploaded documents must be submitted in PDF, Word Doc, PNG, or JPG format.
  • Include the applicant’s name in the PDF or Word document titles.
  • An official transcript will be uploaded with the application but should also be emailed to mesautah@graniteschools.org.  
  • Submit two (2) current letters of recommendation. One recommendation must be from your MESA advisor.
  • Submit one (1) one-page personal statement.
  • Submit one (1) photograph of the applicant. The photo must be in PNG or JPG format and must be large enough for printing. This images may be printed in the program for the scholarship awards reception. (Small images, with small file sizes, will not print well.)
  • Answer each question of the application.
It is important that you complete all sections of this application and clearly identify your accomplishments in the aforementioned areas or on other attachments.
