Your Opportunity Is Now!

Mentorship provides a supportive relationship between a mentor and a mentee, allowing for the transfer of knowledge, skills, and experience. Mentorship can help you in your personal and professional development, providing guidance, encouragement, and opportunities for growth.

Additionally, mentorship can foster relationships, build networks, and provide a sense of community, all of which can lead to greater success and satisfaction in life.

WBU SHRM works with mentors in Alaska first in partnership with Anchorage SHRM (ASHRM), in the NHRMA region (Oregon and Washington), and then nationwide through SHRM chapters in many states.
