Membership Freeze Policy Requirements

- Please fill in a Membership Freeze Form
- Training breaks during school holidays are standard and don’t count toward the absence period.
- Absent from classes for at least 4 weeks (up to 8 weeks)
- This form must be returned at least 7 days prior to the period of absence
- Up to two applications may be submitted per calendar year
- Squad fees will not apply for the period absent
- No refunds available under any circumstances
- The administration holding fee is $30 per swimmer
- Direct Debit payments will recommence as normal from the return date
- Our admin team will review your request and confirm cancellation by email within 7 business days
