In this online course, you will learn how to engage the full community pharmacy staff of pharmacists, technicians, and clerks in a Medication Synchronization program. In addition, you will learn how to speak to patients about Medication Synchronization, how to sync a patient’s medications to the same pickup date, and how to provide reduced fills as needed to reach the “sync date”. In addition, you will learn best practices for keeping synced patients on track each month. Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians will receive 1.0 hour of CE credit.
