Dear Prospective Participant,

Thank you for your interest in contributing to research about medical intuition for my forthcoming book. My aim is to raise awareness and understanding of the skill of medical intuition. I believe an important part of the conversation is the client's perspective and experience of medical intuition. I am a client myself and have consulted professional medical intuitives for more than 15 years.

I am seeking individuals who are willing to share about their experience as a medical intuition client.

Criteria to participate:
  1. You have had at least one (1) paid session with a professional who identifies as a "medical intuitive" or "medical medium" (see NOTE below).
  2. You are at least 18 years of age.
  3. You are fluent in English.
NOTE: If you have had a paid medical intuition session with a professional who does not identify as a "medical intuitive" or "medical medium," but who specifically offers standalone "medical intuition" sessions, you are invited to complete the questionnaire.
Definitions of terms used in the questionnaire

Medical intuition is the skill of using extrasensory perception or nonlocal awareness to read or assess health conditions of another person. Medical intuition stands on its own as an assessment process, separate from any healing intervention or treatment.

A medical intuitive is one who practices medical intuition; the descriptor medical medium is considered synonymous with medical intuitive.
Participation requirements
  1. Complete the accompanying questionnaire (15 to 20 minutes).
  2. If mutually agreed upon, one 30- to 60-minute interview with me via Zoom (audio or video) at a mutually agreeable time.
  3. Agree to terms of consent and release, which are included at the beginning of the questionnaire. Interviewees are required to sign an additional release at the time of the interview.
My overarching intention in conducting this research is to shine a light on the practice of medical intuition. I aim to offer a comprehensive understanding of the service, making it accessible to clients and those interested in the topic.
