2020 Mid Coast Hurricane & Disaster Conference Vendor Request

The Golden Crescent Healthcare Coalition invites you to be a vendor for our annual Mid Coast Hurricane & Disaster Conference. This exciting event will be held at the Victoria Community Center on Thursday, April 23rd. 

Over the years, this conference has grown to welcome over 400 participants within 16 area counties that include first responders, healthcare professionals, critical infrastructure representatives, public sector officials and employees, business leaders, energy and industry representatives.

The conference purpose is to present information and provide training on both local and regional hazards that may occur as a result of a natural or man-made disaster. Conference networking has shown to improve regional response coordination while responding to a disaster. Knowing your response team members before an incident will improve communication, partner recognition, and offer a better understanding of resource capabilities.  
The Mid Coast Hurricane & Disaster Conference committee would appreciate your participation as a vendor for this year's conference. All vendors will be provided a complimentary booth space; however, each booth attendant will be required to purchase a ticket. This ticket will grant full access to our conference including all sessions, lunch, and the opportunity to win door prizes.
