The format for this carnival will include: 
1km run, 2km run, Flags, Beach Relay, Sprints, Board Race, Board Relay, Board Rescue, Double Ski, Iron, Mixed Double Ski, Rescue Tube Race, Single Ski, Ski Relay, Surf Race, Surf Team, Taplin Relay.
 
Masters is aged 30 years plus.
