Managed personal budgets are personal budgets which aren't paid in cash to the person - instead they are managed by the local authority or by a provider or someone else. We want to see managed personal budgets that give real choice and control.
This questionnaire is for completion by senior managers in adult services, council staff directly responsible for the management of council-managed budgets, users of these budgets and their families, user-led and third sector organisations, and providers of services to people using such budgets.
We ask for some ‘personal information’ and the name of your employer so that we can establish the profile of people responding and trace the good practice or the problems you tell us about. BUT WE ARE DELIBERATELY NOT ASKING FOR YOUR NAME. THE QUESTIONNAIRE IS ANONYMOUS, AND WE HOPE THAT THIS MEANS YOU FEEL YOU CAN BE HONEST.
