This survey has been composed and is being managed by the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) as the Lead Department for the Master Agency Media Services (MAMS) State Purchase Contract (SPC).

DTF seeks your feedback on the services provided by MediaCom as the provider of the MAMS SPC. The survey questions are in line with the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the MAMS SPC.
