Your feedback helps the MAFP Board of Directors focus efforts on the programs and activities that matter most. Like all organizations, MAFP has limited time and financial resources but many needs. Many of these options are activities MAFP is currently doing for members while some are new ideas. We have not differentiated between existing and new in the hopes of respondents viewing these activities with a wide lens of activities that are possible. There is an optional comment field available on each item as well as open-ended fields at the conclusion of the survey to share any additional thoughts and ideas.
Please indicate how important it is for MAFP to do any of the activities listed in the survey. An optional comment box will accompany each service to offer additional thoughts as you see fit. The survey will have optional boxes at the end to share activities you think MAFP should start, do more of, stop, or do less of. We also ask what activity or service you find most valuable to our members.
Far Left: MAFP should not do this activity and reallocate financial resources to other initiatives.
Middle: MAFP should begin or continue this activity with a current level of effort and allocation of financial resources. Moving to the left indicates a lower importance while moving to the right indicates a higher importance.
Far Right: MAFP should prioritize the level of effort and reallocate financial resources from existing initiatives. Moving the slider all the way to the right indicates MAFP should prioritize this effort over everything else we do.
